It includes sugar and butter, but gift' parcels of sugar forwarded' by parcel post to members of the New Zealand 'Expeditionary Force are permitted, but must be small. Calcs containing sugar may bo consigned to the New Zealand War Contingent Association, Londoiv for distribution to hospital patients. But any prohibition named in the list is not held to apply to postal packets (including parcels) addressed to members of New Zealand Expeditionary Forces on active service, except ill so far as the New Zealand Postal regulations operate to prevent it.
