The German Press is attaching capital importance to the meeting of the German and Austrian Emperors, which Is regarded as the prelude to the opening of an Austrian offensive in Italy simultaneously with the resumption of operations on a great magnitude on the west front. St is understood that Ludendorff has planned both operations.
