DEATHS.
ANDERSON.—On February 21, at Military Hospital, Tidworth, from pneumonia, David (Mick), fourth beloved son of David and 8. E. Anderson, Pembroke, Otago; aged 21 years. For honour's sake. BROWN.—On February 26, 1918,' at No. 2 Stationary Hospital, Abbeville, from meningitis, Oscar John, the dearly beloved second 6on of Ellen Oaima Brown and tho late Charles Brown, Oturehua; aged SO years. Deeply regretted. For honour's sake. BRYANT.—On February 9, 1918, killed while in action "SJouiewhere in Franoo," Private Wilfred H. Bryant (28th Reinforoernents), second beloved son of Mr and Mrs 0. H. Bryant, 60 v Ranfurly street, Ohristchurch (formerly of Westons-Super-Mare, England); in his 21st year. DORWARD.—On December 3, 1917, died from wounds "Somewhere in France," Private E. W. T. Dorward, dearly beloved oldest son of Mrs P. M. Dorward and the late E. E. W. Donvard, Lo veil's Flat; aged 22 years. Deeply mourned. LANE.—On February 4, 1918. killed while in action "Somewhere in Fiance," Trevor Greek Dane, eldest son of J. P. Lane; in his 28th year. He did his duty. POYNTER.—On February 27, at Tidworth Military Hospital, England, from measles, William Duncan Poynter, much loved twin son of George F. B. Poynter ond Clara. A. Poynter, of Dochiel; aged 35 yeare. RAE.—On February 16, 1918, died from wounds " Somewhere in France, Robert, much beloved second son of Robert and Helen Rao, 35 Meadow street, Morningcon, Dunedin; aged 82 years. WILLIAMSON.—On February 10, 1918, killed while in action "Somewheere in France," William, dearly beloved husband of Ina Williamson, and dearly beloved second eon of William and Mary Williamson, Ratanui, Lakeside, Oatlins River; in his 29th year. He hath done his duty.
