(By Cable.) Commander Nicholas, speaking at Newport, said lie was prepared to say that the submarine which sank the hospital ship Gienart Gastle knew when she Ssft Newport. He demanded that aliens should not be allowed about the docks 5 and declared that there are spies in every port on the Bristol Channel. No vessel Sett unknown to the submarines. As examining officer for the Bristol Channel, he knew what he was talking about.
