A woman made her bow for tho one hundred and sixtieth occasion to tho Bench at tho Wclling'ton Magistrate's Court on Saturday, when she was charged with loitering in Courtenay Place. Inspector Mavsack stated that the accused had, since 1893, spent 18 and a-half years in gaol on sentences Varying from 14 days to 12 months. The accused "was sentenced to 12 months with hard labour.
