"Members do nob realise what we are spending in tho handling of coal," said Mr C. E. Daniell at the meeting of tho Wellington Harbour Board on Wednesday night. "It may be of publio interest," he added, "to state that we have three men doing tho work which one man ought to do, so wo are really wasting the work of two men."
