Via Capa 3 per cent. 3 per cent. Via Panama 1 per cent. 1 per cent. Suez, Africa 1 per oent. H per cent. India and Burmah i... £ per cent. 1 per cent. Far East, Straits, Java, Pacific, Fiji i per cent. 1 per cent. *Plus 5 per cent, additional lor Atlantic transhipment. iPl'ia 10 per cent, additional lor Atlantic trimshipment. SAILERS.—OUT AXD HOME. These new rates show a considerable reduction on the previous quotations, und tiro most significant, inasmuch as they afford proof that in the opinion of the underwriters, at all events, the menace of submarine and raider is now not so serioua as it has been.
