CHARGE OF ABDUCTION.
WANGANUL Fnbruary 19. The case in which a taxi driver named Loveridgo was charged with abducting a girl undor 18 years of age concluded today, accused being committed for trial at the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed —self in £IOO and sureties of £IOO each. Evidence was given that accused and tho girl stayed in a Palmcrston North boarding 1 house for eight weeks, accused spending tho week ends there.
