EXPECTED GERMAN OFFENSIVE.
TANKS AND GAS TO BE USED. THE SUBMAEINE MENACE. LONDON TO BE RATIONED. (By Cable.) The United States War Trade Board announces that, as a result of the American embargo, the food exports from Northern European neutral countries to Germany have been reduced by 65 to 75 per cent. Additional restrictions by America are expected further to increase the acute food shortage in Central Europe.
