TAIERI COLLIE CLUB.

The animal meeting of the Taieri Collie Club was held on_ Safcurelay night, Mr William Blackie presiding-. The annual report stated that the ninth annual trials had been held for patriotic purposes, adding considerably thereby to the club's record in assisting patriotic funds. The balance sheet showed that good support was accorded the club, the membership bom? 86. while special donations totalled £l7 "Os 6d. Messrs A. B. Scott (Wynd ham), D. Lcishman, and F. Bennett (Taieri) returned prize money won. Mr A. Douglas supplied sheep gratis. Special thanks were due to the ladies of the Taieri Patriotic Association for catering for patriotic purposes.
