For Australian States, South Africa, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, and Straits Settlements at 6.30 a.m. Late-fee letters for No,-th_ and Sc"th Expresses may now be_ posted in Pillar Posting Box in front of Railway _ Letters usually superscribed *' vil Suez' should now be superscribed " for first direct steamer."
