CHARGE OF BIGAMY.
AUCKLAND, January 30.. - At the Police Court to-day, James Whyta was committee! for trial on a charge of bigamy. The evidence showed that accused firs* married at Toko nine years ago, and that his wife, was, now living in, Auckland.
