THE GOEBEN-BRSESLAU FIGHT.
In the House of Commons Dr Macna-mcu-a announced that six officers and 127 men had been killed and 27 men wounded in tho Dardanelles action, -when the Breslau was sunk and the Goeben driven ashore. Gorman official: Tho Goeben has been refloated, and has entered the Dardanelles. A telegram from Constantinople claims that tho Goeben is quite fit for service. The British aerial attacks have inflicted only unimportant damage to the funnel and tho armoured plating. Tho Admiralty reports that a reconnaissance on Sunday.. 27th ult., at midnight showed that tho Goeben was no longer ashore at Nagar Point. A later report
states: Dcspito bad weather during the course of several air raids, bombs wero dropped on the Goeben and on the gun positions at Gaba Tone. The position of the ship was unchanged yesterday at noon. The survivors of tho Breslau state that sho came oui of the Dardanelles in order to make a dash for the Piraeus, believing that a rising of Greek Royalists had been arranged.
