(Fbom Our Own Correspondents.) GERALDINE, February 1. The rainfall registered here for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. on January 31 was 33 points. Easterly .rain and drizzle at night. Total rainfall for month, 3.80, on 12 days; maximum fall, 1.8, on 11th; mean barometer, 29.80; maximum, 30.12; minimum, 29.39; mean temperature, 63.64; maximum, 85; minimum, 40; mean maximum, 73; mean minimum, 49.83. ORARI, February 2. The rainfall registered here for January was 2.77 inches. Rain fell on eight days, the maximum being 1.22 inches on tho 11th. The highest reading of the maximum thermometer was 86deg on tho 24th, and the lowest minimum temperature was 49deg on the 3rd. HAKATARAMEA, February 2. The rainfall registered at Station Peak for tho 24 hours ended 8 a.m. on January 29' was 54 points, making a total for tho month of 2.29 inches, as against 97 points for tho corresponding month of last year. Tho barometer is high and the weather very warm. OTUREHUA, February 1. The rainfall registered here for January was 3.48 inches Tho weather at present is dry and warm, and ideal for harvest, which is getting in full swing. HILLGROYE, February 2. Tho rainfall registered here for the month of January was 106 points. It has been a fino month, and crops of all descriptions are doing remarkably well. BALCLUTHA, February 4. The maximum rainfall for January was 46 points, which was registered on the 2nd of tho month. Tho total rainfall was 136£ points. The minimum fall took place on the 13th, when li points were recorded. Rain {ell on eight days.
