IMPERIAL WAR CABINET.
' WELLINGTON, January 8.In the course of the next day or two Cabinet will have to deal With the question of the representation of. New Zealand at the Imperial War Cabinet meeting, to bo held in April of this year. : It has never been the intention of the Prime Minister to go to" England for this meeting, but it is understood that there is now a possibility that Mr Massey may go. If he .should not go, another representative will have to bo chosen, and it is almost pertain that it will be Sir James Allen. In the absence of tho Defence Minister, Mr Massey will take over the portfolio of Defence. ,
