Currie, commanding the Canadian forces in Europe. , Lieutenant-general G. F. Milne, formerly commanding the British army in Macedonia. K.C.M.G. General Sir Henry Rawlinson, K.C.8., commanding a British division in France, whose work throughout the war has won the highest appreciation. Major-general Sir Henry Wilson, director of military operations at the British Army Headquarters, who was recently appointed to represent Great Britain on the Allied Military Council at Versailles. Bennett, commanding the 6th Battalion (Victoria). Brigadier-general C. H. Brand, D.S.O. Brigadier-general T. W. Glasgow, C.M.G., D.S.O. Lieutenant-colonel J.
