MESSAGE TO THE DOMINION. WELLINGTON, January 4. Dowa<rcr Queen Alexandra has cabled to' the Governor-general thanking his Excellency and the people of New Zealand for their kind message on the occasion of her Majesty's birthday. The message concludes: " I have watched with the greatest, admiration the splendid services of New Zealand's troops during this great war."
