When aeroplanes were dropping leaflet* over Melbourne, urging people to subscribe to the Liberty Loan, 10 amongst several thousand dropped were signed by tho Federal Treasurer (Sir John Forrest). A prize of a £l war certificate was promised to persons who presented the signed certificates at tho Treasury., Not one has been presented.
