FRENCH BOY SCOUTS.
CHPJSTOIIURCH, September 4.
Lieutenant-colonel Cossgrovo (Dominion Chief Scout Commissioner) has been advised by Sir James Allen (Minister of Defence) that the casket and silk flag sent for presentation to the Boy Scouts of France from the Boy Scouts of New Zealand was taken to Paris from London by a Office messenger. Sir James Allen has received a letter from the Colonial Office stating that the Secretary of State for Foreign Affaire has been advised by his Majesty's Embassy at Paris that tho casket and flag have • been handed to General De Berckheim (Secretary General of .French Boy Scouts).
