The Chief Justice has ordered a fourth trial in the Hawke's Bay caso in which a Maori named Wirihana is charged with manslaughter. Throe juries have disagreed in the case. The next trial will be held ut Palmerston North. The charge is the outcome of the death of a newspaper runner, whom Wirihana ran down at Hastings.
