Mr Book: Through a regrettable clerical error—'(laughter)—a oalling-up notice intended for Mr F. O. Oulpec-k was addressed to Mr Speaker—{laughter)—by a local officer of the National Service Department. Mr Culpeok, who is engaged by Mr Speaker as a gardener at Campsea Asho, volunteered for national service, and it is proposed to transfer him to the steel and iron works of Messrs Hickman at Wolverhampton.
