THE COMING SESSION.
WAR LOAN BILL A FEATURE. WELLINGTON, April 12. The Acting Prime Minister (Sir James Allen) forecasts that next session will bo purely a war session the chief feature of •which will be a new War Loan Bill, which will result in extra taxation. Until the Right Hon. Mr Massey and Sir Joseph Ward returned ho could not indicate what, if any, general measures would be gone on with.
