TROUBLE \T NAPIER. NAPIER. January 8. The Tvscr Company's steamer Port Chalmers which was to load M.OOO rareasesof mutton, left port withoui cargo to-day owing to a waterside workers' strike. Tho men demanded n pang of 10 instead of eight to work the freezing chamber, and the demand was refused.
