RUSSO-RUMANIANS STILL KETIRINO. ITALIANS MAKE SOME PROGRESS. IMPORTANT ENTENTE CONFERENCE. (By Cable.) An official in close touch with the British Legaison says that Palestine may be the next important theatre of war. The British Suez Army is preparing for a "drive" through Palestine to join the Russians from the Caucasus. The British are now further east of Suez than ever bsfore, while the Russians have reinforced their Tigris army, and are pushing up the valley of that river.
