Women students at German universities have increased greatly in numbers during the last five years. In 1916 they constituted 10.5 per cent, of the total student body, as against 4.8 per cent, in 1911. The Now York Times, to hand by the last mail, states that cx-Presidcnt Boosevolt is going to visit Samoa and Fiji during February.
