A resident of the district -who spends much of hi 3 spare time prospecting in the hinterland, has shown the Oamaru Mail a generous specimen of srheelite found in the North Otago district, where formerly it was not known to exist. Tho specimen wna similar in quality to tho best samples produced at Dunbaok.
