Cassell's Magazine for November is an interesting number. It contains a long humorous .story by Jerome K. Jerome — "His Evening Out," —complete stories by Sax Rohmer, Mrs Stanley Wrench, A. P. Terhune, "Peter," and many others. There are two interesting general articles, "Joffre's Working Day" and "The Hide of a Dreadnought." A long complete story by Claire D. Pollexfen is entitled "The Prisoners of Hoon Rig." The number is illustrated. A thrilling secret service story is one of the features in the Now Magazine, just to hand. Other fine stories by A. P. Terhune, A. G. Greenwood, Foster Fraser, J. D. Beresford, Andrew Soutar, and others aro included; and the long complete novel is by Marjorio Bowcn. These, with a splendid eight-page tinted art supplement of the play "Daddy Long-legs," make up a grand number.
