WITH THE ITALIANS.
Itaban reports, are to the following effect: Rains hindered the artillery in the Trcntino. We repulsed attacks on tho Carso and Aria sectors, inflictinjr material losses. Ihe attempted attacks on Dossocasino, southwest of Loppio, were repulsed. Bad weather on the Carso front impedes theartillery. In Italy, changes, with a view to greater economic and military speeding up, are imminent. A War Committee is being formed, and the Ministry will bo reduced in size. Tho Minister of Finance has delivered his Budget. Last year's deficit amounted to 768,000,000 lire. He foresaw no great difficulties in providing for the forthcoming period the internal expenses, while the support cordially given by the British Treasury would overcome tho difficulties regarding the war payments abroad.
