The New York Times Berlin correspondent has obtained exclusively a speech by Enver Pasha in the Turkish Parliament, indicating plans for the invasion of Egypt. Enver Pasha said that the Turkish offensive on the Suez Canal had not been given up, as they wore preparing on a largo scale for operations against Egypt. The campaign would bo resumed at the right moment. The retreat in the Caucasus was, ho said, duo to lack of communications; but the southern army was preparing another offensive. Turkey had sent troops to assist in Galicia, the Dobrudja, and at Seres end Drama, and was retaining sufficient to defend her own territory.
