' . SAN FRANCISCO, July 23. Six persons were killed and 29 injured by a bomb explosion. Spectators were in a state of preparedness for a parade, when a concealed suit case, which had been placed in front of a house, exploded. The house was demolished. Several persons had received post-card warnings, which they disregarded. July 23. Frank Josephs, an anarchist orator, has been arrested in connection with the bomb outrage. VANCOUVER, July 23. Seven persons were killed and 50 wounded in the San Francisco explosion. The warning postcards sent to citizens protested against the " in'epareclness" propaganda, and promised a real tasto of war to San Franciscans favouring militarism.
