ANN UAL COMMUNICATION. AUCKLAND, May 10. The annual communication of the Masonic Grand Lodge opened tins afternoon, Bro. Grand Master Dougall presiding. Tn.c annual report snowed accumulated funds £44,622, oi which £2f,452 belongs to the annuity lund and £3510 to the special benevolent fund. Bro. May 11. The Masonic Grand Lodge discussed what names should be placed on the roll of honour. It was resolved that only the names of those who had been on active service should appear. Mr H. .T. Williams (W-lh'ncrton) moved that no conference be held next year, the money therebv saved to be devoted to the War Relief Fund. After a lengthy discussion the resolution was w'thdrawn on the susrsrostion of the Grand Master. Mr Williams remarking that the discussion had served (he purpose of stimulating interest in the War Relief Fund. '' '• i! nt conference will be held at Invcrcargill.
