INVESTMENT OE TRUST MONEY. WELLINGTON, October 22. The Minister of Finance has approved of special arrangements in CO!mention with trustees who desire to invest trust moneys in the per cent. Government debenture loan. They may arrange with the Treasurer in regard to the time and method of lodging the deposit or purchase money for debentures.
