ALLIED TROOPS. ADDITIONAL LANDINGS AT SALONIKA. LONDON, October 18. The Allies have seized the railroad at Enos, in Turkey, near the Bulgarian border. Official advices from Salonika state that the Allies have now occupied various points dominating the railway, and the protection of the latter is assured. The Bulgarians did not resist the landing at Enos. Twenty thousand additional AngloFrench troops left Salonika on Sunday lor Macedonia, and further transports are arriving. The Bulgarians have evacuated the Stramnitza district. LONDON, October 19. The landing at Enos is not confirmed, but if a footing be established there is will be one of the most dramatic and decisive strokes of sea power in the course of the war.
