PRELIMINARY TRAINING.
WELLINGTON, October 22.
It has been decided to send the officers and non-commissioned officers for future reinforcement drafts into camp at Trentham for eight weeks’ preliminary training before they take over their men. Previously the preliminary training period which the officers and non-commissioned officers underwent was live weeks.
