THE SECRET TREATY.
PARIS, October 11. Le Matin, commenting on the official German denial of the existence of a secret agreement with Bulgaria, states that the information emanates from M. Venizelos, who discovered the agreement since his resignation. The British Legation at Athens considered the information unimpeachable, justifying their communicating with Greece on the matter. The treaty bound Bulgaria, once Serbia was invaded, to attack Serbia in the rear with 100,000 troops. ATHENS, October 11. Anti-war demonstrations have broken out at Varna and Rustchuk.
