IMPORTANT NOTICE.
D-L.F. writers are reminded that all letters must now bear lid postage. The halfpenny is their share oi the war tax. Possibly the Government never contemplated that they would bo levying such a tax on D.L.F. Where there is more than one writer in a family the letters may be enclosed in one envelope.
