WELLINGTON, July 9. A conference of the various Now Zealand branches of tho Seamen’s Union will bo opened at Auckland on Monday for tho purpose of considering- the advisability of reorganising tho Seamen’s Federation and of making the rules of the different branches uniform! 0 * The proceedings are expected to last several days. Messrs W. T. Young and H. Richards, tho Wellington delegates, Wave for Auckland on Saturday.
