ST. PETERSBURG, December 2. The Government is determinedly protesting against the appointment of a German military mission to Turkey. It has directed the attention of Britain and France to the position which Russian ambassadors would occupy if a German | general commanded the Constantinople garrison. ST. PETERSBURG, December 3. Official circles resent the German military mission to Turkey. The press declare that Russia will not tolerate a third Power on the Dardanelles or a German frontier in Asia Minor.
