ALLEGED FAILURE TO ACCOUNT.
(Fitou Oat Own Courespo.vdext.) FEILDING, December 6. . Oliver Noel Gillespie, solicitor of Feeding, who was recently in Sydney, but who was arrested when he arrived in Auckland in the capacity of a stoker on the Maheno, was (admitted to bail yesterday. Tho Auckland magistrate fixed' sureties, self in £2OOO and two others of £IOOO. The securities offering at the Feilding Court were Messrs W. R. Clarke (Kongotea) and L. A. B. Wall. (Kairanga), each of whom became responsible for £IOOO, and accuse 1 £2OOO. The accused will be tried on Wednesday.
