Probably the winner will be sent to England to meet Barry for the World’s Championship. QUEENSLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS. BRISBANE, August 24. In the Queensland Championship Singles L. Todd (New South Wales) defeated C. Todd (New South Wales). In the Doubles L. and C. Todd defeated Peach and Utz (New South Wales). CHAMPIONSHIP OF EUROPE. LONDON, August 22. J. C. Parke won the Championship of Europe, defeating F. Lowe in the final, 6—2, DIXON BEATS DOUST. LONDON, August 23. Dixon beat Doust in the semi-final for the Cinque Ports Championship, 6—o, 6 — 4. NORTH ENGLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS. LONDON, August 24. In the North of England championships Parke defeated A. Lowe, 6—4, 3— -6, 7—5, 6—2. A. Lowe and F. Lowe beat Parke and Charleton, 5—7, 6—2, 9—7. CINQUE PORTS TOURNAMENT. LONDON, August 24. In the Doubles Doust and Mavrogordato beat Prebble and Dixon, 6—3, 6—2, 6—l.
