A Japanese sampan was captured laden with Japanese who were seeking to land in the United States in defiance of the immigration laws. The Japanese will be deported.
WASHINGTON, August 16,
The Government will give every facility to the Japanese to test the antialien dispute in the United States courts. The State Department refuses to publish its latest reply to the Japanese Government.
