A young woman sought the annulment of her marriage on the ground that her husband during courtship was guilty of false representations of his finances and social standing. The Judge, in dismissing the case, remarked that during the mental exaltation accompanying courtship statements regarding the mental, moral, and financial qualifications of the parties must not be too closelv examined.
