SYDNEY, August 12. Watriama, who claims to be King of the Loyalty Islands, points out the seriousness of the Japanese increase in numbers in those islands. The majority, he says, are employed in the nickel mines. Some are soldiers and some are spies. Watriama is convinced that if something is not done the Japanese flag will be living within two or three days of Australia before many years.
