The annual meeting of shareholders of the 1 Glenham Dairy Factory, held last week was ! presided over by Mr George Crosbio. ’ The I annual report and balance sheet wore ' adopted. Tho directors note that a portion of tho output was consigned Home, a quantity sold to Vancouver, and tho remainder sold in Now Zealand. The price realised per lb for the year’s output was 12.29 d, compared with 12.16 d the previous season. Tho payments to the shareholders for the season were la 02d per lb, and Is IJd for August. The company is now engaged forming a cow-testing association, by which it is hoped, without any increase in the herds, to increase the returns to the suppliers by over £15,000 nor annum.
