PARAPARA IRON DEPOSITS.
WELLINGTON. August 13. A board of experts, consisting of Messrs W. Ferguson (late engineer of the Wellington Harbour Board}, W. IT. Morton (Wellington city engineer), and A. H. Miles (resident partner in Wellington of .Murray, Hubert?, and Co.), have been appoints d by the Government to prepare a report on the Bern para (Nelson) iron deposits. They have completed the examination. and arc now on their way hack to Wellington, accompanied by Mr H. J. Blow (Under-secretary for Works and Mines). Mr Ferguson is chairman.
