’l’he holder of a concession from the Patea Harbour Board in regard to its iroiieaud deposits. Mr A. D. Bayfield, is arranghig for the despatch of a small sample of sand to Glasgow for experimental purposes. He has also received an offer to deal with the ironsand, but more information has to come to hand before he can conclude negotiations.
