Horses carrying 8?t 101 b or over, half the above penalties. 2. Tiie winner of the Waitaki Trot to bs penalised 7 seconds. Any horse doing better time at any meeting after handicaps are declared may be rehandicapped. 3. Five shillings Provident Fund must be paid on all trotting horses before starting. 4.
