ACCIDENTS AT WORK.
Husband and Wife Grateful to Zam-Buk the Best First-Aid for ail Injuries. Railwayman's Poisoned Hand and Arm Healed. Tt is because tbe risk of blood poison in neglecting wounds and injuries are so great °that the wise workman always carries in Ids pocket, or keeps in, his tool-chest the handy pot of Zam-Buk. Such experienoea as the following are typical of what* everyday accidents may lead to. Mrs W. Kerridge, of 36 Dyer street. West Perth, W.A., s-ays: — “My husband, while working on the railway, jammed his right thumb while laying trolley rails. A most ugly wound was inflicted, for his thumb was burst right open. Some poisonou-s matter off the rail got into the wound, causing it to fester, Inflammation set in, and the arm rapidly swelled up to the elbow, while matter was continually being discharged.' The pain he endured for many weeks was dreadful, and his arm got into such a serious condition that the whole family was caused much anxiety. ‘ His thumb was poulticed and lanced, and many other expedients used to reduce the inflammation, but nothing gave him any case. At last wo decided to try ZamBuk. After getting a supply, the wound was bathed and carefully dressed with ZamBuk. The immediate effect was, all pain sulwided and the inflammation began to go down. As the Zam-Buk dressings were continued, the wound improved daily until the injury was perfectly healed, and no trace of the accident remained.” No worker can ever afford to be without Zam-Buk. Is 6d and 3s 6d ncr pot, off all chemists and stores.
