The Southland Times states that wild piga arc still fairly plentiful in the Cairn country, and they afford keen joy to an occassional visitor from town. Along the date, as on the hillsides, are i.o be seen big patches of their rooting, while well-defined tracks here and there show that they still move in numbers.
