YOUTHFUL BURGLARS.

At the Juvenile Court this morning three email bovs came before Mr K. C. Cutton, S.M., on a charge that on Sunday they broke and entered the shop of i’nillip Levy, tobacconist, in Karangahape road, and stole £3 10s in money, two sovereign cases, two pocket knives, a cigarette holder, a brass matchbox and a matchbox pipe lighter, two boxes of wax matches, three packets of cigarettes, and a packet of cigarette tobacco. iho story of the adventure was told by the boys. One, aged 11 years, met the other two lads (brothers aged 10 and nine years respectively) on Sunday morning and explained to them the possibilities of the burglary. The three lads went up the lane to the back door of Levy’s shop and by means of a broken spade prised the back door till the hasp of the bolt inside was burst oil’.
